Aboard today we had Sarah, that reached out to get her grandnephew Brody out on the water for his 8th birthday, with dad Thomas, big brother, and a couple cousin. we got an early start and the fish were waiting! anchored up by 8:05am and live well filled with about 80 or so spot by 9:20am. Plenty of throwbacks, weeding out the smaller Spot, short trout, lizardfish, and tiny toad. with mix of croakers in. Once tide shifted the red water started showing up and the fish slowed down. wind picked up bit, so we moved upriver to get out of the red tide and wind. moved to couple spot but incoming tide was a slower bite. water temps today just under 82-83°

They ended the day with 92 Spot and 2 croakers to take home. You guy kept me busy today! Thank you for sharing your birthday with me.
