We went out scouting the bay for the northern fish, that come in the bay, seems the big girls are here we hooked up two over slots first one was on light spinning tackle and was pretty good battle until it shook lose. second one stayed stuck and we got her in, sea lice on her. quick measured 40" and pic, then back in the water. heard a lot of other over slots being caught near the cut channel also. some boats that ran up into Maryland water found few keepers. Morning was foggy, but sun broke out throughout the morning making it a great day. water temp where we caught were 45 degrees.
